From your description it sounds like you are pregnant. I had the same warm sensations (from braxton-hicks contractions) and of course you can feel the baby moving inside. He or she will move away to a different spot if you poke and feel too much.
If you're a male, I can't say what it might be. Go see a doc to find out right away.
If you're female, and missed several periods....go see a doctor. Even if you're not pregnant you still need to go and find out what this is.
If you are pregnant (you can take a test from the store to confirm first, but you still need prenatal care for the baby)you need to start planning what you're going to do. If you feel the baby moving it's too late to abort. You need to decide to keep it or let someone adopt it. If you want to keep it, you need to start preparing now. Clothes, diapers, crib etc.....hurry to the doctor or a clinic.
If you're young, you have to tell the parents. Don't worry, they love you no matter what....just tell them about the "lump" so they take you to the doctor, then go from there. Baby or no, they might be upset at first but I doubt they'll kick you out.

Hmm, yeah I think seeing a Doctor is best advice here...
On a completely unrelated matter, have you seen the movie Alien?

This does not sound like pregnancy to me. it could be a cyst or some sort of infection. You really need to see a doctor.

You need to see a doctor. I don't know what might be wrong but they will. Go to your doctor and describe your symptoms to them. They will be able to help! Good luck and get well soon! :)

If you're female, maybe you're pregnant?! If only a couple weeks....take a test or go to the docter's. It could just be a digestive problem.
