My daughter had an issue with gaining weight and the Dr. suggested that I add cheese and butter to everything, and to also give her pediasure, which for adults is Ensure she gained 5lbs. right away and kept gaining until she had met a healthy weight

Well, I'm a ex semi retired bodybuilder and I got to 18 stone a few years back on these powerful full fat milk drinks en dosed with full fat ice cream. There kind of like milkshakes. Delicious! The concentration must be very thick though. Have a least six pints a day of these babies, and you be on your way to fat b**t*rd heaven.
