It's best to answer if you actually tried the stuff. Then you know better, right?

Hair, on average, grows up to 1/2 inch per month, and there aren't many things a person can do to increase that number. However, there are things you can do to ensure steady hair growth. Frequent trimming is the most important. Get the ends trimmed every 6-8 weeks to avoid getting split ends, which can halt hair growth. Nutrition is also important. A lack of nutrients can slow down hair growth. Taking a multi-vitamin supplement may help your hair grow faster. Adequate sleep helps as well, since sleep helps regulate hormone levels.

And no, nothing you just put on your scalp can make your hair grow any faster. It's what you put in your body that matters!

As a physician, i can inform you that no longer something on the marketplace will make your hair improve swifter than your genes tell it to. Sorry, yet it rather is the fact, so do no longer waste 1000's of greenbacks on products that are definitely 'snake oil'. In different words, they gained't furnish.

Naaaah! its just bussiness language, actually it does not make your hair grow twice as fast but it just makes it healthier which means that the growing issue is just your luck. my sister wanted to grow a ponny tail & she used the stuff but it din't do any good( its as good as not using it). better save your money instead of using it on that garnier stuff. Try out natural hair oils & shampoos, those will help for sure, they did on my sister & now she's got a pony tail that touches her bum.

NO! BUT... it does prevent split ends. So it would require less trips to the salon and less trimming so actually YEAH! lol
