In dublin just about any pub, but highly recommend the vaults under connelly station or pretty much anywhere from temple bar up to camden street chances are thats where all the people that don't have tickets are going, alternatively there are two big screens at the Woolshed on Parnell street and always a great atmosphere during any game day (it's a Southern Hemisphere pub (South Africa/Australia and New Zealand))

Wherever you are drinking enjoy yourself. I have just returned from visiting family in Co Mayo and whilst there I was saddened to hear and read of possible resentment to the England V Ireland game at Croke Park and the possibility of trouble during the game as the National Anthem is being played. I truly hope this is not the case.
