Guys i'll put it bluntly. How long do you tend to last when having sex? Come on be honest. Only can only tend to last on average about 10 mins. Is this normal or am i just crap in bed?

Drink a few beers first, then think of football during the act.
Just don't scream out GOAL at the time of climax.
Failing that, try and perform a second time after your 10 minute warm-up. The second time can be good if you have the stamina!!

I last about 15-20 at night but in the morning its more like 40-50 some times longer (anyone know why??). It also depends how long its been since the last time - if its been a while since the last time (a couple of days say) it can last 2 minutes so I just keep going till I shoot again. I wouldn't worry to much about it just think of somrthing not sex related just before you shoot you load and you should be able to double your time - I works for me

It depends on the mood etc it can be quick or slow even hours all depends on the people no one is crap if they try, I have never had any complaints about length of time except once many years ago when I had more stamina and was begged to stop, but on average for your general duty 10 / 15 minutes sounds middling, sorry can't help any more than this

Being on the other end, I can say an average man will last 8-15 minutes. Change positions and try new stuff. Masterbating before about 10 minutes can also help. A friend and I constantly share tips and practice new tricks on one another and let me tell you it's really opened up new "doors and experiences" that I can use in my sex life.

First of all there are more ways to satisfy a woman than just sex, learn to use your tounge and fingers, take your time with foreplay. Secondly, its important not to get carried away, remember she has needs as well, slow down, take your time pleasure her. Lastly, during the act of making love, try to focus on other things when you get close, this will take some practice. You can slow down when you get close, and then start over. Don't just keep going at it like a dog in heat. Vary the rhythm and she will love you for it ;-)

What are you doing for ten mins, I know that I am a good lover(from feed back) and I have never lasted ten mins.May I tell you how I do it, go like the devil until you *** and then stay inside and tell her all that she wants to hear, love her, kiss her and hold her but stay there. thats when the loving starts and you can last for hours after that. 4 play to get a woman so wet it looks like she p*****d herself can take up to 2 hours and she may *** 2 or 3 times if you put in this much effort she wont mind 10 Min's, but if she knows how she can keep you at boiling point for a long time, you must practise self control.

In all seriousness, I've lasted an hour and a half! There are secrets on doing this, but they are secrets! Did you ever think of jacking off a couple hours before you have sex? You'll last a lot longer.

Doesn't matter if you get your lady really hot first, then use the 10 minutes effectively. If you're only bothered about yourself then yes you are crap in bed.
