You can try, but you'll never get jurisdiction since you'll never be able to serve Jesus with process. And this is no joke. There is a reported case where a woman attempted to sue Satan for inflicting misery and pain upon the world. The court concluded that, even if Satan were in the jurisdiction (going on the assumption that he is everywhere), no one would be able to properly serve him.

XD good luck with that. What if the judge turns out to be like really religious?
"Jesus, what do you have to say in your defense?"
"You better dismiss this case or my daddy will send you to hell."
"....Case dismissed."
ofcourse, you could get a bunch of athiests to sign a petition of some sorts, but the most you'd get is like....a get out of hell free card or something. Total ripoff man.
nah, its better to go straight to Mary. I heard Mary is one strict *****....

Apollinaire: Jesus' existence has been proven, the only thing people are arguing about, is whether wat Jesus said is true. please do some reading up of your history.
to the one who asked this question, what damages are you claiming for? and remedies you're seeking? if you're in a sane mind you'll be thanking and not suing Jesus.
