It is my believe, any relationship is going to be work. An interracial relationship can be made more difficult by the families of the individuals involved in the relationship, if one or the other are not accepting. Other than that, their should be no outside issues to be concerned with. And I don't feel it should be anymore difficult than any other relationship. It is really dependent upon the individuals involved in the relationship.People are people, there may be some adjustments involved, however, this is the case in any relationship. We are talking about humans here. good luck and God bless****

Guess it depends on who you're dating and how strong you both are. It also depends on the community. I live in a large city and Friday night is what I like to call, "interracial date" night. I see a lot of mixed couples and I don't care. Now, come Saturday, I notice that they get a lot more looks & stares from people. If you like the person & they like and support you, who cares what other people think. If you're strong enough, ignore them, if not and you let it bother you, your relationship won't survive.

Yes, they do. But, it has to come with a WHOLE lot of maturity, open communication, and patience. There are alot of stereotypes and beliefs that have to be resolved and worked through with communication. It's a delicate situation because at any point, one party could be insulted, the other without knowing.
But, yeah, it's all good. I'm biracial (Korean/Black) and I consider EVERY relationship I am in interracial, to be honest.
It's not asking for trouble, unless those three things I mentioned above are not present.

Good luck................

Sometimes they work. I can think of two happily married interracial couples that I know.

I think they are just like every other relationship. Every relationship takes work, but if the two people really do care for each other, then yes, it can work.

i guess it depends on the race/country/religious beliefe of each.
i know one family in united states where the husband is american and wife is japanese, and i also have a friend who's father is chinese and wife is japanese and they also are happy family.
i myself is in long distance relationship with canadian bf right now. so far, besides the distance, we haven't had any trouble due to our race :-)
