It is a soft spongy lump on the inside wall of the vagina. If you reach inside your vagina and curl your fingers upwards and touch the outer pelvic wall(behind where your pubic hair grows) and slowly stroke back and forth there untii you find it.I t will swell slightly during foreplay and can become quite noticeable and easy to find after a while.
Unfortunately not everyone will find it or else not every ladies is as sensitive as others. I have found it on some ladies but not all respond the same.. some ladies will orgasm after a few strokes, others dont even realise you have found it.
Is it a placebo?? I dont know. I really wouldnt get too hung up on it though. a really good friend of mine was really hung up on finding hers and spent a whole sunday afternoon looking for it but no joy.
Get him to concentrate on your clitoris, it has the same amount of nerve ending in it as a penis so rather than politley asking him to go rummaging around inside you teach him how to give you good oral. nice slow long licks, sucking, nibbling and fast tongue lashing action all combined together at dioffering pace as you like it will give you alot more pleasure than looking for a holy grail that you may not find and end up really disappointed:) The g-spot is not the be all and end all of sex...

It is not the same for everyone, so get down there and discover it for yourself! Some girls find that their clitoris is too sensitive so this is not always the best place to start. Try masterbating, use a vibrator, but make sure you are relaxed. We all do it and there is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about! Being verbal is a real turn on for some people, it doesn't need to involve sexual language but may help your partner understand what you like. Women very rarely reach orgasm by penetraton alone and you need to be comfortable enough with your partner to let him know when it is good and when you need a little extra. Hope it all goes well. Good luck.xx

I'd say, try to focus on the clitoris. Statistics have shown that most women can't orgasm during plain intercourse. You need to be in a position where the clitoris is being stimulated. It's a far better and much easier way of getting that orgasm.

He'll be much better, able to find it? If you two are actually "In Love". Instead of just banging yourselves together. Try having real feelings for the Guy. And he'll know exactly where it is. His Heart will tell him. If he can't find it? He's dialing up the wrong Heart. Not yours.

put your finger inside your vagina, then bend it to the front, just wiggle it about until you find a spongy surface. this is the G spot.

there are plenty of books and web info on the subject... but it is different for each woman... some can't get it stimulated... stop trying to find the "holy grail" and just enjoy sex... or find a different partner...
