Mahal: "X" is Greek symbol for Christ. Why don't Christians know this? Besides, I think it's clear I was trying to save space.

Ent: Enjoy, I am sorry that my questions have "wounded" you. I have never been wounded by all those suggestions that atheists are immoral. Is there something in the question above that wounds you??

"Christian" is spelled with a C.

(Intolerance is the most common liberal trait.)

In intend that my son is taught any science or religion that will cause him to question anything he's taught. It's the greatest source of strength in faith you can find. I would never want my kids to believe in a religion until they knew confidently in its reality.

The same goes for science.

I would want them to question things like global warming and the illusionists who perpetuate such nonsense. I would rather he be smart than popular.

No, my stepdaughter's science teacher taught Evolution as "here is a scientific theory that some people believe in and you'll be tested on, so learn it."
She knows better, of course.

B- I'm going home, finally, and probably won't be on for the next week or so, so you are free to ask all the wonderful slicing and wounding questions you like without my answers on them. Cheers!

EDIT- Nope not in that question.

Actually, they have learned a lot in their science classes... they can debate their faith with the teacher and the teacher is the one who cannot come up with the answers to the questions... even in their college courses... see, it isnt just their belief that keeps their faith strong, they have an actual relationship with their Savior, they don't just 'believe' ... they know He is real because of what He has done in their lives... they were born again by their own choices when they were early to mid teens...

Nope. My children have studied physics, evolution, chemistry, biology, all from the classical scientific standpoints, and their faith remains unshaken.

Why? Because we believe that the story of creation is allegorical. The Holy Bible does not rule out science working in a reasonable and scientific manner. No matter what any fanatics may think. :)
