I have had lots of pains in lots of areas, but it makes me think that it's your liver, and of course you kidneys are in back. Donna Gates talks about shoving your fingers under you rib cage up to your knuckles to feel your liver. She says that if it feels hard, it needs cleansing. Toxic liver means toxic colon. Natural lemon juice is said to be cleansing to the liver. Taking large doses of "quality" probiotics can begin to restore the GI tract and the kidneys naturally. 5 to 10 billion per day to start. Begin with L. Acidophilus types first for the small intestine and after a few months add B. bifudus types to it. The longer you take them the cleaner you become. For the complete treatment protocol see: www.thecandidayeastanswer.com and down-load free book. Around page 70 there is a diagnostic test for candida. Candida can create large amounts of toxins within our bodies, disrupting glands, hormones, bowel action, causing skin problems and brain fog. I know...I've been there.

Go to your dr or to the ER and check it out.
I had a pain below my ribcage on the left side and it happened to be my kidney. I delayed going to a dr for about a month. I couldn't laugh because of the pain for about a month. I went to the ER one day when I couldn't move.

Mine hurt like that for about a month til I went to my Doctor and she asked if I had eaten a McDonalds Big Mac Meal lately? ...I said "NO" she said go and do that...if you don't have to RUN to the restroom it's NOT your Gallbladder otherwise we'll set up an appointment to remove that. and as she said It Was my Gallbladder... I had it removed then next week and I wish I could have kept it now, it will really mess with your digestive system
