I can't see any pictures. Do you know how to getthe image back?

It sounds like your image sensor is damaged. It's gonna have to be repaired.

If the screen is white when taking pictures, and the pictures you take are also white when reviewed, the sensor has broken and the camera needs professionally servicing.

a similar subject is happening to mine and my son has one additionally doing a similar subject. i do no longer understand the thank you to restoration it, even nonetheless it rather is a shopper-friendly subject. i bought a canon and gave the sony to my 3 year previous granddaughter. she will use it till it dies.

You need a card reader .and photo rescue software to retrieve the pics from your compact flash card .The images will be on the card if the shutter works ,then the reader does the work for you i had same problem.
