Do you know what happens when you get your mind back inside your body? Rather then being out there in thoughts about things that most likely don't concern you?

ahh this one i do know
i have been inside , i have felt my heart , my breath , my inner self
and only when i was able to do this , did i realise how amazing we really are

Yes, every time I break a bone in my body I am conscious of it.

Yes to some extent. After going outside for years it does in a way take time to let the mind be home. And yes it does feel wonderfull. Someone talked about this once, they said "I am the way, I am the life, I am the truth". .................Thanks for all the great questions.

Well, I know that when the dentist does a root canal I can feel the upper half of my skeleton vibrating.
