It is cruel that you let your kitty suffer this long. Find local vets, give them a call and ask if they can offer any kind of payment plan. My vet will allow owners to pay in installments, if they cannot afford the bill. If the injury is just an infection the bill may not even be that high! He may just need antibiotics, but it may be something more serious. ABOVE ALL- GET THAT CAT TO A VET IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for the health and well-being of your pets. If you can't, or are unwilling to, pay for your pet's needs, it may be time to find another caring home for them.

You can't help the cat yourself.
It MUST be seen by a Vet ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You say you don't have money, well then call the Vet and explain what happened tell them you don't have the money...most Vet's will work out payment plans.
If that fails call the humane society or animal shelter in your area..they maybe able to offer low cost Vet care.
Call a friend or family member and borrow the money...or better yet since your boyfriends parents dog caused it in the first place IMO they should have offered to pay to take the cat to the Vet.
Yes, you're right the poor cat more than likely will die from and infection...or be torn apart by those nasty dogs.
Get the cat to the Vet NOW...and then find another place for you and your cats to live...they shouldn't have to be living in a laundry room just so their lives aren't in danger from these dogs!
If you're unwilling or unable to do anything for this poor cat or take care of the others, then perhaps it's time to surrender all of them to the humane society.

The injury is septic and needs to be treated immediately with anti-biotics.
Call local animal shelters - many of them offer services to people for reduced rates. The problem with surrending to a shelter is that it costs money too. Most people don't know that. You have to pay, sometimes and exorborate rate, in order for a shelter to take the animal. And some will not take animals from owners that are already injured - too expensive. And they may even report you.
Some emergency animal hosptials will also take payment plans - or will take a credit card. I understand about paying a ton of money to a vet - when a lot of times they don't do a whole lot. Going to the vet for me is more expensive then going to the doctor - and I have two different chronic care conditions! I rescued a 4 week old kitten thrown out of a speeding car and the vet charged about $500 to tell me she had a bruised hip. And no - he didn't do any tests.
Monitor your kitty and call around. Make sure the wound site is clean at all times. In a pinch - some human anti-biotic creams for cuts can work to help the site. It will hurt her when you put it on, and you need to make sure she doesn't lick at the site - becuase the medicine will make her sick. If you can wrap it - then do so. Because the wound is septic - it is infected and very painful to the kitty. Make sure he eats -cuts on the mouth can interfer with such. If necessary, bottle feed until he can be seen by a vet. There are also vitamin pastes out there at pet stores that shouldn't be very expensive.

The infection will not heal on it own, and there's a possibility that the jaw is dislocated or broken.
If you're not able to take care of the cat, surrender him to a shelter where he can get medical care and be adopted by someone who has the capabilities to take care of him. It's not about you and your feelings, it's about the cat and what's best for him. Obviously he's suffering, do the right thing.
Perhaps your vet is one of the ones to accept a payment plan, many do not because the get screwed by so many people. They get their well animal back and forget about the person who made them well. Check with the vet and see if they offer that option, if they don't surrender him to the shelter. They'll be sure he gets the necessary treatment, shots and neutering if needed, then up for adoption.
Good luck to him.

You need to get that cat medical attention no matter what. Leaving it to suffer for so long is animal abuse and if you were turned in you would be charged. Get that animal help by any means possible. Take it to a shelter and tell them you need to surrender the cat and can't afford the medical bills. DO IT NOW!!!

Take it to the vet. Most offer payment plans. You should not delay treatment because by the time you have your money, you might not have your cat. If it smells, it could be gangrene. That's real bad.

That is abuse and you should be reported! That kitten is suffering and should be seen by a vet immediately. If you called around you would find someone that could help. Some vets will take payments.
If you can't afford to properly care for your cat then you should not own one. You make me sick!
