So many of the so called free software will identify the cause of the problems, in my case, 400, but must collect $37.00 to get rid of them. Is this on the level? I just want a good "free" software that will get rid of these. I don't want to erase my photos, but I don't care about anything else. When the scan asks if you want to get rid of items, how do I know I am not just erasing photos, and how do I know it is telling me the truth?

A trojan is neither a worm nor a virus. It is a useful application that enables you to set up a network across the internet between two computers. The problem with them is that they can also enable people to set up a network with your computer when you don't wan them to.
The best removal method (if you don't want to pay any money) is use a free download to identify the trojens name. Then search for the trojans name at the symmantic web site. Then follow the removal instructions provided. You might need to get into your registry and all that but at least it is free!

Norton.Many people think other stuff is better becuase Norton takes much longer to scan. The reason for this is because It SCANS every single file on your computer. Ill explain more in depth after i explained about something else. There is no other way. you are ****** bigtime when u try to download the new Anti Spyware stuff the Virus's may stop it from happening Many people thinkMcAfee and other "Anti spyware crap work better then Norton because it runs faster do you know the reason for this ? its becuase it only scans small amount of files then what it sez it is doing. People think free "Anti spyware" programs are better because when they scan no Cookies or virus show up,and they think the the protection is better but its not.ill explain Virus are now being designed to bypass McAfee and AVG because they have such a weak defense system.This is because when the computer has a crap firewall u an get pass it with ease and once u are past that firewall the scanner recognizes it as a normal file u have accepted. Well thats it . Im only explain very brief and short but i could write a SA on it for you if i needed to . Norton is a must buy for you. I noticed earlier that all the youtube movies saying i have a virus on my computer didnt have norton take a look Norton360

well i had it a month ago.......so i got a mcafee 2007 but it couldn't find it!!! so i installed 3 spywares so that they found it and they removed it and my pc is ok now,they were:Advancet spyware remover,AVG Anti spyware..........and the funny thing is that even the critical error that you always see in that yellow balloon is a spyware itself..!!!but the best solution is to burn a cd of your favorite things and then format your pc...

you need to do a complete restoration including deleting windows. i would take it t a shop...
