* According to the bible the last days began at the accention of Jesus. Everything that needed to be fufilled for the return of Christ had already been fullfilled with his birth, death and ressurection. Just get a concordance and look up last days and you will be suprised to find that the new testement writers claimed they were living in the last days and from reading the bible they believed the end was very near within their lifetime.
One thing the new testement said needed to happen before the return was a falling away and that happened very soon after the church age began. Within 600 years after Christ accended to heaven the apostasy was full blown and christianity did not even resemble he first century pattern.
I believe I know what the apostasy is, but if I come out right and say what I think, I will probably get a violation. Don't believe me I am pagan. Look it up for yourself*
Yes, you ae watching too much Benny Hinn.*

'freaky things' as you say have been happening since life evolved - plain and simple. We just have more ways to destruct the world and everything in it these days and that's why it seems like so much is going on; because it is; governments will do anything for money and population control. Stay away from the Hinn - he's a complete nut and scam artist too. Everyone is always living in the last days considering we live on average 70-80 years and then die which isn't old compared to some jackass from the OT that lived 900 years LOL.

Yes, we are certainly living in the last days. It's been the last days for thousands of years. It's always been the last days. The end of the world is nigh (whatever nigh means) and as long as there are desperate and gullible people there will be spiritual vampires like that reptile Benny Hinn.

These signs are common. Years ago, a friend and I used to keep a list, just for fun. Because so many of the 'revelations' require interpretation, you can always come up with a version that meets current conditions.
The 'predictions' actually fit quite well with recent history at the time they were first written. This was a relatively common practice at the time, giving predictions for the future the weight of the present. But they didn't come to pass and now we're stuck with the texts and the predictions and a mess of metaphors to make sense of.
History is the one that actually works.
