How old are you? in Russian will be
Skolko tebe lyet? - Сколько тебе лет?

You have to remember that if person much older than you or you don't know him/her that well first you have to say "vy" not "ty"

In this case this phrase will sound like
Skolko vam let? Сколько вам лет?
