No, it's a scam, it is a fraud.
Go Google.
Put then names you have available for search.
You will find some more to have won the same amount.
Don't send any money.
Even if you call, someone will reply, but he is on the phone until he gets your money for the "deal".

not real a scam don't believe it there is heaps of this thing going around look at all the other yahoo Q&A regarding theses fake lotteries.

Did you buy a ticket for it? If you didn't, then you didn't win. Plain and simple. Companies don't give away free money to random people on the internet.
