Yes, that good things and great ideas can be taken down by one idiot (pardon my language but it represents feeling)

It represents that in this life, it is much more difficult to do good rather than to just be idiotic:
- A rape victim cannot recover
- A murdered child cannotbe born again
- A terrible decision cannot be taken back by anyone.

Think of all the things in your life I guess and see it is much like the quote: "For every moment of happiness, there are 10 moments of sadness"

The proverb says, “One fool can destroy in an hour what ten wise men cannot build up in a generation.” known as a proverb by 1885.

The Bible gives us:
Wisdom is greater than weapons of war - but one fool can destroy a lot of good.'(Eccles. 9.14f., 18).

The Writings of John Muir
by John Muir- 1924
Any fool can destroy trees. They cannot run away; and if they, could, they would still be destroyed, — chased and hunted down

Jewish proverb:
Yet he knows, too, how little wisdom is honored for its own sake, and how one fool can destroy the efforts of many wise men
