of course you can , I try it before , i even ate it straight from the fridge , it taste like the french 's cold soup .but not everyone can handle that.

Depending how long you want to freeze it. Just make sure you remove the vegetables. When you heat it up the next time, just add fresh vegetables to it.

u can't freeze lettuce , tomato , cucumber

u can freeze chicken soup
