I Learnt that spirituality leads to expanding our consciousness above to our normal levels through meditation,hatha yoga etc, and every civilisation has worked out various tecniques like tantra,zen etc.Our great spiritual leaders Buddha,Jesus,Kabir,Jiddu,etc are by birth or through practice have expanded their consciousness to various levels{individual conscious to universal conscious}and various geniuses like Eienstein,Jonh Nash,Ramajunam,etc are gifted with such expanded consciousness. My question is by how we can expand consciousness {techniques other than meditation and praying,satsang,yoga which i am trying now}are their any scientific or logical techs to attain this, books,website or persons with fair knowledge both practical and theory help me in this regard. Try,try,try again. It is possible. All the sages and rishis of our great country are not liars. There is ample proof.Only one has to search oneself intently and believe that the same is possible. When you go to a very beautiful expansive place , you feel a part of it. Go to a seaside , mountain top and try to feel as big and as far as you can see. This is the beginning and like space , mind has no beginning or end. It is all in the mind (not the physical brain), to expand your consciousness as much as you can dare. There is no boundary for our mind , the ultimate consciousness.

Mediation is the only key to achieiving that supra-consciousness. I believe you already understand that the universe is a reflection of God. It is his maya. God being the only true existence is within and around us. Your consciousness is universal just that you have not realized it yet. Through deep mediation, one moves to a state where the brain works at an alpha level. At this stage, the mind becomes sensitive enough to pick up the subtle universal vibrations. I am not aware of any other method besides meditation and I sincerely believe it is the only way, for now at least.

whilst we communicate of 'amplify' we automically visualize that there is a few kind of border/boundary in place. it fairly is the 1st impediment for expertise has no obstacles and infact, should not be chased or pursued. I do have faith that if we are one in the universe, then we've already finished expertise by potential of in simple terms being there - in simple terms accepting - in simple terms 'being' a stay enitity.

IMPURE CONSCIOUSNESS IS ONE'S OWN MIND. IF THE DISTRACTIONS OF THE MIND, AND AGITATIONS IN THE BRAIN ARE LESSENED AND TRANQUILITY PREVAILS THERE IS A FEELING OF EXPANSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS.
