My hair is springy curly. (If you know what I mean). How can I make it loose and flawless? Any good advice?

you can buy a relaxer, but the easiest way is to buy a perm. Instead of curling your hair comb it thru and it will take out any curls. Follow the directions just like a perm without rolling it!!! Simple

It depends on what you mean by loose and flawless but here are my suggestions:
There is a product line called Deva Curl which was specially made for our hair type, it's worked wonders on my hair. I use Angel curl.
I put it in and let my hair air dry.
Also, you could use hot rollers with the same gel (or any defining gel for that matter) just to get looser
curls with definition. Leave hot rollers in until cool and instead of brushing them out, take your fingers and a small amount of gel and rake them (you have more control this way)through your hair.
If you want to straighten, use a straightening balm/gel and blow dry hair with flat brush then use a ceramic straightening iron. They are hotter and work best on our hair type. Hope some of this is helpful.

you can try using flat brushes and blow dry it a bit. make sure to protect your hair though with leave-in conditioners etc. i know this sounds like im telling u how to straighten your hair, but since u say u have super springy curly hair it shouldnt straighten it completely. but i have seen it done that way on tv. u'd have to do it the hard way and straighten it a bit..and then go back with a curling iron and make the lil waves u want manually.

clever got here out with those issues that's meant to be for warmth styling your hair and that i offered it in view that I had tried to apply a curling iron to soft out my curly hair ( sounds stupid yet once you have curly hair you know ). besides - that is in an orange spray bottle and it leaves my hair frizz loose whether I blow dry or air dry. that is exceptionally marvelous! ok I basically googled it and that's the "glossy" line from clever and that is meant to be as sturdy as Matrix. i've got not tried the shampoo and conditioner yet i'll quickly.

i hated my curly hair and i wanted it in loose waves so now i get a very gentle childrens relaxer for good hair every so often its still curly but i like it now but if u dont want to treat it y not just throw some straitining cream in it
