You know the reason why you two broke up, try to convince yourself that. It is not easy, since the wound is still fresh, but what's done is done and people move on. Think of it as a good chance to start things afresh. There're lots and lots of man out there who would value the relationship and treat you right.

This got here approximately to me this twelve months too......my puppy became 14 years previous. She became suffering a lot and now and back i think chuffed that she's long previous to a greater physically powerful place. You needless to say want a canines to love such as you enjoyed the final one, and perchance in some months(or years) you would be waiting to undertake yet another. the main suitable satisfaction would be in case you undertake one from the pound. basically know that she's in a greater physically powerful place and rather of crying over her dying, you may desire to think of of the chuffed circumstances you spent mutually. Crying does help nevertheless. positioned some photograph's of her around the abode to maintain her reminiscence alive and with you continuously

Poor you, I've been there a few times. The only thing that really helps is time. Try and keep busy and look forward to the future. Also try and see a positive side to it, do things you wouldn't have done when you were with your BF.

Hope this helps.

Start doing things that will make you feel better about yourself. Go to the gym, start taking dancing lessons, anything. And remember - you broke up for a reason!

Time heals all wounds - so they say. Its only been one week>> Give it some time and Im sure you will feel better. Eat some chocolate, watch some soppy tear jerker movies, it will help get it out of your system!

just try to bear with it, the pain won't stay for long.you'll soon get over it,and try to do a hobbie or hangout with your friends or family to help take your mind off your breakup. but for now...try to hold it in...and if you cant just let it all out until you feel better.
