That's tough, it's in 'digested printer' format.

Try printing to a pdf program (Cutepdf is free). If it works, select the text and copy it.

You might need to open it in Notepad and copy out what you can.

Using the ren comand in DOS promot we can convert the file Prn. to txt

1) GO TO DOS PROMPT
2) REN

THE NAME OF THE FILE IS CHANGED
