i still love my ex. and he wants me too. but recently he just got dumped by his girlfriend. he said he never stops loving me. so i was wondering, what's with him and that girl? he even gave me chocs. i love him. but i just dunno what to do. i definitely won't give him an easy game. take him or leave him be?

You are too confused to give enough info for anyone to make a coherent answer. I'll just say chocolates are an absurdly low bar for proving love, unless the guy is desperately poor.

I would take it very slow so you are not on the rebound. If you love him then go for it. You only live once so make the most of it.
