I get up around 7 am and usually so tired at 3 pm that all i do is sit on the couch, i don't want to do that

I get the same. Sometimes its not about taking vitamins but that you are lacking the higher energy foods in your diet. try eating some musli bars to get through the day, also fruit, healthy snacks pretty much.

Also there are multivitamins in general supermarkets that have ginseng that are meant to pepp you up. Also womens or mens multivitamins are made for your particular sex and i find after a few days I am charged with energy. barocca used to work for me but now doesnt seem to anymore?!...
