l wanted to do with fly africa but the problem now is that it can only give me a private licence of which l nid to fly for airlines so wont be able to use that licence.many thanks

But a private license is a start!! From there, you would get instrument rated and then get your commercial license. Following that, your multi-engine rating and then ATP. So, start off with the school you found in Africa and then talk with the instructors there to see where you could go after that.

You can also go to: http://360.yahoo.com/private_jet_charter for a blog which will walk you through everything you need to know in getting a private, instrument, commercial ratings etc. New entries are added weekly.
