Preventing cancer is possible if you keep your body free from toxins plus a good diet and exercise. Our body basically contains 6 channels to purge out the toxins in our body.
1)Colon - one of the most important organ which purge out toxins through your stools
2)Liver - filters colon toxin and sends them to kidney ,lung and skin for elimination
3)kidney-release toxins from your body thorough urine
4)lung-filter the air you breathe in which contain harmful particles
5)skin-toxins are also purge out through your skin glands and sweat pore.

As you get older, the above channels starts to get weaker and toxins start to accumulate in your body.Excessive toxin buildup can lead to Cancer. That explains why some people can suffer from kidney failure, liver damage or colon cancer for no reason

Try Vitamin C therapy. A few years ago a cancer specialist came out with a paper that said the best cancer/infection fighter found to date was Interferon. At the time it was $15,000 a gram. The paper also said that Interferon was a by-product of the natural breakdown of Vitamin C in your body. Shortly after that the FDA tried to make Vitamin C by prescription only. Guess why? The FDA has the RDA for Vitamin C set at 64 mg a day, just enough to ward off scurvy. Linus Pauling, who got a Nobel Prize for his work with Vitamin C and a second Nobel Prize for Organic Chemistry, said that 1000 mg a day should be the minimum and 2000 mg a day if you are sick or smoke. He played tennis almost daily until the day he died at 96. Personally, I got sick twice a year for 2 weeks at a time, for more than 20 years, with something to this day the doctors have no idea what it was, but for a week in the middle of those 2 weeks I was flat on my back. I started Vitamin C therapy once I gave up on the doctors. I took enough to be asymptomatic for those 2 weeks. Too much and I got diarrhea and too little and I got sick. Within a narrow range, and it followed a bell curve over those 2 weeks, I was not sick. At the height I was taking 40,000 mg a day and 300,000 over the 2 weeks. After 2 years of that I have not been sick since – more than 15 years. Vitamin C acts as a natural diuretic so you need to drink a lot of water and watch your body in total, but my kidneys did not dissolve as the doctors predicted, or get massive kidney stones as other predicted. I did not dissolve my bones as some predicted or completely calcify my joints as others predicted. I had no side effects at all. It might be something to consider.

There is really no way to prevent the human body cells from mutation into cancer cells.
Its like everything else doctors say that this causes cancer but there are millions of people who do the same thing and dont get it.
I really think that if you take care of your god given body .dont abuse drugs and keep you body clean inside as well as out your chances of getting cancer is about the same as a person who does all of those bad things.
Cancer is the abnormal growth of the cells that we already have in our bodies.
Mutations etc... I think that if you are meant to avoid all carcingens then you should stay at home out of the traffic, dont drink the towns water supply and above all dont ever have sex.

There are no guarantees, especially if there is genetic link via a relative.

All you can do is eat healthily, maintain a healthy weight, take regular exercise, DON'T SMOKE or breathe anyone else's smoke, drink alcohol sparingly (less than 10 units per week) avoid pollution (car exhausts, chemicals etc.)

Practise meditation (it really works) and have a positive mental attitude.

Life is a lottery, and remember, cancer is not a death sentence in the majority of cases.

Of course we would like to prevent any disease but we have many environmental toxins, terrible stress, and maybe we inherited some bad genes. But hey, these bods aren't meant to last forever so we get old and our bodies' deteriorate. If cancer doesn't get us something else will. So live in the moment, take what precautions you can and live each day to the max. Have lots of goals so your live is meaningful. Shoot for the stars. It improves your immune system.

We all can afford to add a little cancer prevention into our daily lives. There are lots of things a person can do to reduce their risk of developing many types of cancer. Besides the obvious tip of not smoking cigarettes, there are literally hundreds of ways we can fight cancer.

Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable and is great for cance prevention. Other types of cruciferous vegetables include cauilflower, kale, and brussel sprouts.

when you are exercising, you are reducing your risk for many types of cancer

If you are smoker, quit now. There are absolutely no health benefits to smoking.
