If a man notices something on you?

that no one else would really notice, not good or bad but just a weird thing for him to notice and asks me about it,what does this mean?

It's an IOI or indicator of interest. If a guy goes up to a girl and is like "Nice Shoes" does he really care? He's looking for a lame excuse to talk to you. Would he go up to an ugly chick and say "Nice Shoes"? No.
