Please have your doctor check you for THYROID DISEASE.
I have Hashimotos and my memory is affected. Have him check your TSH levels. If your doctors knows nothing about this, go to someone who does.

Many women are undiagnosed with this condition.

If this happened suddenly, go see a doctor. Otherwise, try to "unclog" your mind. If you've been stressed out lately and have been feeling overwhelmed that would easily do it. Our minds are like computers and sometimes we need to reorginize them and empty the trash. Try to find a quiet place somewhere that you won't be deserved and take at least 3 or 4 hours alone to reorginize your thoughts. However, if it's really bad and it happened out of the blue I definately suggest having a doctor advise you further.
