Question for Muslims: What hard scientific evidence is there of the authenticity of the Qur'an?

please dont start comparing the Qur'an to other religious books...because that is not my question, I want to know about HARD SCIENTIFIC PROOF about the Qur'an itself.

Unfortunately the comparison has to be made to clarify what I want to say. The bible derives from sometime in the early bronze age where nothing is written down but transmitted by word of mouth.it finally gets gathered together after a lot of editing revising misinterpreting etc in to a single volume in the 4th century AD. The Quran is different, very different. Both the bible and the Quran share the old testament and in that they have no scientific evidence of authenticity simply because there is none. The 'new testaments' however differ. The christian one was finally put down in the form we now know it in the 4th century AD. The word of the prophet Mohammad was taken right there and then. He was a warrior prophet who united all the Bedouin tribes under his leadership and religion and set out to conquer the world. Jesus had twelve disciples and he personally had nothing to do with the founding of the christian religion he was born a Jew and died a Jew. We know the authors of the various parts of the Quran they are historical people. We know infinitely more about them than we do about moses and the rest of tha crowd including the disciples of Jesus and of course including Jesus himself.

Originally, the Qur'an was written during the Prophet's lifetime on separate pieces of palm leaves, parchments, bones etc.. Moreover, there were thousands of companions of the Prophet who memorized the whole Qur'an. (It is worth pointing out that texts were often orally preserved through memorization in semiliterate cultures). Muhammad (PBUH) was the first to commit the Revelation to memory after Jibreel (as) had conveyed it to him. The Messenger then declared the revelation and instructed the companions to memorize it. According to Imam Sayuti (Al-Itqan ) 20 companions memorised the revelation including the Khulafa Rashideen.

However, the Qur'an was not only transmitted orally. It was also written down during the life time of the Messenger (PBUH). Once Umar ibn Khattab (ra) heard his sister reading beautiful verses, and saw that she was reading text written on leaves. In a hadith, Ibn Umar narrated that Muhammad (PBUH) said : "Do not take the Qur'an on a journey with you, for I am afraid lest it should fall into the hands of the enemy." (Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol. 4 No. 233). This indicates that the Qur'an was a written document during the lifetime of the Prophet.

The order and arrangement of the Qur'an was well known to the Muslims due to daily recitation of the Qur'an in their prayers.

And something that might be knew to you is that Muhammad was illiterate which means he he cant read nor right. so how do you suppose that a merchant could know this in formation if in our time scientist had to study alote to get the answer. Another thing is Allah almighty made the sun obedient to him so that the earth may get heat. He also made the world a flat place for mankind.And another thing that scientist just discovered is that humans are made in there mothers womb in three in fold stages which is the process of growth in the womb. No. 34, Verse No. 3. ‘When the unbelievers say that the hour will never come - tell them… it will surely come with the permission of the Lord who has the knowledge of the unseen, who has in His record, the minutest detail of an atom in the heaven and in the earth - and in His record is perspicuous things, smaller and greater than the ‘atom’.

The science discovered Water Cycle.

Science discovered Relaxin is being secreted by the ovaries and the placenta which loosens the ligament of the pelvic joints and softens the cervix. The uterine contraction that take place, it pushes the baby downwards in the birth canal. The bag of water which ruptures, it provides a slippery surface for the baby to come out, to slide and the various movements of the baby, while birth facilitates the movement through the irregular pelvic joints.
Allah says in Holy Qur’an, Surah Abasa, Ch. No. 80, Verse 19 and 20 ‘We have created the human beings from minute quantity and We have made the passage of birth easy’.

Science discovered after fifth month of pregnancy the ears are formed and in the seventh month the eye split open.
Allah says in Holy qur’an, Surah Sajda, Ch. No. 32, Verse No 9 ‘We have given the human beings the faculty of hearing and sight’. (first hearing then sight)
