I have to agree that we don't have enough info. My daughter is 5'4" and she keeps her weight between 123 and 135. My son is 5'9" and he needs to be 157, and he is struggling to stay above 145. I am 5'1" and my ideal weight is 125, but many charts say I should weigh 113. Ha, I would be a skeleton if I weighed in at 113. You need to visit a doctor, or talk to the nurse at your school. Let them help you determine your body type, height, and health before you try to lose weight fast. When you lose weight fast, you usually only lose water. Until you get that all worked out, keep it simple. Make good food choices. Stay away from fatty foods, indulge in things like veggies and fruits. When you eat bread, make it whole grain. Whole grains, oatmeal, seed breads all fill you up and keep you full for hours longer than sugary cereals and white bread. Contrary to popular belief, nuts are a great snack food. Again, they satisfy cravings and munchies, and give you needed protein and healthy for your heart oils. Not all fats are bad! Get to know your foods and become friends with the ones that will be good to you.

Don't forget the exercise! No matter how little you eat, if you do not keep your body moving, it will kick into survival mode and you will begin a pattern of eating disorder. It is ok to eat, as long as you choose something that is beneficial to real energy and growth. As a teenager, you need the right nutrients.

If you're 4 feet tall, NO. If you're say 5'6", YES. Just keep in mind if you feel healthy and look healthy you are.
Have you ever heard the phrase "you're your own worst enemy"?
Dont be too hard on yourself, I'm sure you look beautiful just the way you are.
By the way, I was 185 at age 16 and I was perfectly healthy.

if you are a female between 5' 8" and 6', then your weight is okay.
if you are a male 5' 5" to 5' 9", then you are okay.

to be sure, check your BMI online.
