Ok, all equations solved, it asks for
Protein - 342 grams
Carb - 342 grams
Fats - 76 grams

342 grams of protein??? That's 3 pounds of ground beef, or 53 eggs or three pounds of chicken breast.

342 grams of carbs.. that's 20 cups of Black Beans or a ton of pasta...

I mean, I eat less then half of these daily and end up preety full, is this a reasonable amount?

how about just adding more calories throughout the day by grazing. bulk up using protein powders or drinks and stop fretting about the specifics.

ohh. you are wrong.
it is measure in kilo kelery notr in grams .
kelery means
to increase one point temparature of one gram of water needs 1 kelery. this is the defination. so calculate it.
