And are being medicated for it?
So far, I know for absolute sure they're:
-Coffee and other caffeinated foods.
-Chocolate (because it has caffeine)
-Alcoholic beverages.
What other foods should one not eat? Or drinks not drink?
Also, is milk alright?

I drink coffee by the quart. The only diet restriction I know of is due to some neuroleptic medications having a side effect of weight gain; that requires just pushing away from the table. I drink a beer now and again; I know they say don't but I have never known it to effect me..I have drank milk for years while taking resperidone. It causes some wt.gain so limit it.

My half sister is schizophrenic. If you have been diagnosed, I think it would be best for you to consult with your doctor about food restrictions. Please, please take your medication(s) as prescribed and see your psychiatrist regularly. DO NOT smoke, drink alcohol, or take any illegal recreational drugs. Get plenty of sleep, take up a hobby or two, surround yourself with people you trust and listen to them, and stay positive. We all have our ups and downs, and people do care about you. pysch meds don't react well with alcohol as they are all depressants.
are you wanting to limit your diet for another reason? eat anything you want in moderation. stay healthy in body and mind.

no milk is not ok
go for cocktails
persue cycling as hobby

some people would suggest you stay away from anything that has yeast or any sort of mold in it.
