do you check to make sure that your moisturizer is non-comogenic? get an oil free moisturizer. if you feel that you have dry spots AND oily skin sometimes that makes you get pimples.. try.. neutrogena combination skin moisturizer w/ spf 15. it won't clog your pores & it's non greasy and works great. hopefully it works for you!

pimples mostly apear on oily skins. and a cure for that is to wash your face with facewash only (no other chimical niether soaps) at night before going to bed with dim warm water and in the morning before going out. this will remove the oil your skin produces and the polution you get from the air during the day. besides, try taking as much watter as you can; if you are taking two litters per day, try increasing it to 3 litters or more par day, or certainly if you are taking it less than two litters try to make it two litters a day. watter helps with regeneration of the cells in your body and reduction of fat from your body as it helps in production of more heath, and it does not only helps with your skin problems but every other internal health problems.

however for the dry spots, i cant say anything, since skins differ, and you shouldnt take advise from people in here or nonespecialists. since what is suitig for one skin might not be suiting for another, and people would suggest you from their experiance not knowing your skin condition. try to consult for that with a skin specialist, so to get advise based on your skin type. all da best.

I don't know if it's available where you live or not (I got the impression from one of your other questions that you don't live in the U.S.), but my skin is like yours and I use Clean & Clear's Oil Free Dual Action Moisturizer; it's got salicylic acid acne medication in it, a must for me.
