are you asking if a woman forgets 1 pill she is going to be pregnent for sure? That is not the case. Some people stop taking the pill in order to get pregnant and it is a year before they succeed! Chances are if it is just 1 pill she'll be OK -bu if she keeps forgetting it then its asking for trouble!

OK, first thing you need to know is WHEN she forgot that pill. Second thing is HOW MANY pills did she forget?
The first week of her cycle she has her period, after that there are three weeks in which she takes the pill. If she forgot that pill in the first week there is a slight chance she might be pregnant. All you have to do is count the days starting from the first day of her period and try to remember when you had sex. Anywhere around the 12th to 16th day can lead to a pregnancy.
The closer to the end of the strip, the more likely she won't be pregnant because then there hasn't been an ovulation.

Most likely she won't be pregnant, but that all depends on how fertile you both are. She'll probably be a few days late, but that's nothing to worry about. If you really want to be sure, just ask her if she wants to do a test. Even if you take a test, you have to wait a few days to take one. These test react to a certain hormone a woman produces when she is pregnant. In the very beginning the body sometimes hasn't produced enough of this hormone to make the test turn positive.

There, that's really all there is to it. But I think you don't have to worry too much.
Good luck! ;o)

If a woman forgot to take one pill the chances are slim however not impossible (i stopped the pill two years ago and still not pregnant)
You can not take a test till 4 days before her period is due (early predictor ) there is no point doing a test straight away as the egg needs about 10 days from conception to implant then HCG needs to build up in the body to get a positive test
Hope this helps

It takes more than forgetting one pill to get pregnant. It's not inevitable. She would have to for get a whole month or more...the hormones in the pill would have to get out of her system. She's probably not pregnant. So just chill. If you're really worried about it, get a pregnancy test. When a woman who is on the pill does actually get pregnant it takes a while for the doctors to determine an accurate due date since the menstral cycles are a little out of whack.

I'm reading all these answers that say she probably isn't pregnant from missing one pill, well why not??
I fell pregnant with my first baby while on the pill, I didn't miss any, wasn't late in taking any or had a sickness or diarrhoea bug. Its only 98% safe and I happened to be one of the 2%. Not that I would change anything, I love my little girl very much. She's the best thing that happened to me.
Good Luck and you have my best wishes, Gxx

missing one pill should be fine as long as the pill is in her system and the lady takes it regular. If shes not taking the pill like shes meant to then it will not work. She will find out she is pregnant when she misses her period this or next month.

Probably not pregnant after only 1 missed pill. Pick up a home preg test to be sure though!

The pill would still be in her system so it would be very unlikely that she would be pregnant by missing just one. If she is worried then she could delay her period arriving so to put both your minds at rest take a test. They are very accurate. Good luck xx
