I was suspended from eBay with out any prior suspension notification email. I was new to eBay and I admit I was just concentrating on selling without paying attention to the rules. I apologized for that but it would have been much appreciated if I was given live assistance or at least warning notification email before suspending my account. I wasn’t even informed by email about why I was suspended. I have just found out when I tried to log in. I immediately contacted eBay to let me know what I did wrong or to correct me, but I haven’t still got any reply. what should i do now?

HARD WORKING GIRL,

use this link to find out why:

http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=InlineSelfHelpWebform&wftype=2009&rcode=IV%25A00266&subject=Suspended%20Account&bcrumb=+Home+%3E+Help+Topics+%3E%A0Account+Information+and+Billing%A0%3E%A0Suspended+Account&instruction=&expirationDate=

can you tell me what you THINK you did that got your account suspended?

they can take days, weeks or even months to get back to you about this.

what type of items were you selling?

if you would like, you can email me some details and i can see if i can help you figure this out.

So, you admit to breaking the rules and you wonder why your account was suspended? Unless you are a power seller, don't expect much customer service from eBay. You'll be lucky to receive a robot response. eBay only cares about collecting their fees.
