E45 cream is very good for itchy skin, just rub it in, 3 or 4 times a day and last thing at night too, you could also be transferring something off your hands to the delicate face area, it happened to a friend of mine a few years back she was using a cleaning chemical at work and she was transferring it from her hands to her face which became red and irritated. Even if your not doing that you must also of course try not to itch it and yes it's easier said than done but that only makes matters worse, if its not cleared up in a few days of using the E45, then call into a chemist or see you Dr as it could be a skin condition, that they could advise on or treat possibley with antihistamine pills if its allergy based, or if its a kind of dermatitis with a hydrocortisone cream
Final Note, try to avoid hot showers and baths.

sounds like a possible allergy to something you may have got on your chin? Have you recently used a different cream or shaved or had it waxed?
Try some e45 ante-itch cream and if that doesn't clear it up or it gets worse let gp see it as you may need a steroid cream.

I think it's psychosomatic. Get someone to handcuff your hands behind your back for about 2 weeks. You'll need a very understanding partner to take over the role of your hands for that time

try changing your cleansers, laundry soap, lotions, and hair products. use some Benedryl cream for the itchiness.
if this doesn't work, see a doctor or dermatologist.

Hi
I wonder if you might have impetigo. Perhaps you should ask your GP to make a diagnosis. If he/she is unable to, ask them to refer you to a dermatologist.
Best wishes, J

keep it moisturised and protected from the cold, the skin in that area sounds very sensitive.
