Not sure of the details, think it was called

*deep breath*

"Lets stop all air cover, anti-air weapons and everything else just for today so we can let planes hit the towers like we planned and have an excuse not to have stopped them so we have the perfect excuse to get public support to invade Iraq and get all the oil so it's not sold in anything other than $ so we can continue to be a super power"

Everyone knows this right? That Saddam wanted to sell oil in another currency other than dollars and that would have crippled the US economy and they wouldn't be able to sustain such a large army and be a super power.

You really should spend less time reading crap by Weekly World News and watching videos by Michael Moore, and spend more time reading things like the 9/11 Commission's Report and watching actual news footage from the attacks. If you did, you'd know two things: NORAD was NOT running any exercise that day, and that this "conspiracy" theory is nothing but CRAP.

Jeez, it never ends....

It was called "Lets try and locate 3 planes, that have their transponders turned off, out of the thousand that are in the air, using the 15 planes we have on duty."
