Lots of them, however many have false information. Keep in mind that the Ninja made up many legends about themselves to aid in their missions. Even in their own time people didn't know if they were real or not or what they were able to do.

This site: http://www.entertheninja.com/
has a lot of weird stuff on it, a lot of jokes and cute girls and stuff that doesn't matter about the ninja. But it also has a good list of ninja weapons and tactics. You can check Wikipedia for a decent history of the ninja. This site: http://www.winjutsu.com/ninjakids/nk_history.html
is owned by one of the premier ninjitsu masters in the world. I'm not sure if he is involved in its operation, but he owns it. It has a decent history as well.

As another has mentioned....there's a LOT of b.s. out there pertaining to Ninpo. On this particular site as well....people think media misconceptualization is fact, and it's far from it.

If you're interested in legitimate ninjutsu history :

reference the Soke of the Bujinkan; Hatsumi Masaaki (Yoshiaki).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninjutsu

Here are two links as a start for you, enjoy.

Hatsumi Masaaki's the Soke (family head) of the only legitimized and verified ko-ryu ninjutsu lineage that has survived in Japan.

As for those morons like Ashida Kim, how can someone seriously take this man as legit? Watch this and you'll understand :

If you're interested in legitimate koryu bujutsu/ninpo taijutsu, here are a few links :

Two of the three clips are from a show aired in the BBC. They're professional, and high film quality.

The third one is from an old school hand-camcordered seminar taught in the 80's. Low film quality, but it's real-life -vs- T.V. in case anyone wants to whine.

Anyhow, this material should work as startup material for whatever research you're looking to do.

Any other questions, feel free to ask me personally.
