It's really quite simple;

Think - Use imagination to create a desired positive outcome.
Plan - Arrange whatever is necessary to achieve that outcome.
Do - Actually do it, small steps, big steps....but do it!

Many people Think, some Plan, most fail to Do anything.

The most important letter of the alphabet is 'Y'!
The second most important is 'I'.

If you don't know 'Y' you will never pursue your dream and only 'I' can make my dream a reality.

Most people don't have the behavioural pattern psychological tools to understand themselves and change self-limiting patterns. Most don't have the motivation to seek out help for this.

Self development and personal change are not well taught during our school years. After that it's pot luck for most people. And many carry on making the same mistakes they've always done. Like the flies that keep flying into windows, trying repeatedly to get out, never really learning to stop.

Good luck! Rob

Fear is the usual barrier. Fear of failing and even fear of succeeding. Change, whilst beneficial, is often quite hard to achieve. We develop many subtle techniques to self-sabotage. Hence the self-help industry etc.
