Also, there is a Google Group called "polyphasic" where many others are using the Everyman and Uberman schedules, and report their results regularly.

I have not tried it. It sounds interesting though. The only problem is that I have to take medication at night (for a medical problem) and it does make me drowsy. So I don't guess I will be trying the Everyman any time soon. Good luck to you if you are going to try it.
