why does my dog always burp?

she is a 11 lb 2 year old puppy but is constantly burping or belching.

Dogs get belly gas the same as humans and need to burp and fart to expel it. It could be from improper food or simply her drinking too fast.

my dog burps all the time too. I'm sure nothing is wrong. i think i should train my dog to say excuse me though!
