Sure, if, as the man said, you consider a class system that consigns a entire class of people (mainly the darker skinned ones) to subhuman status and the existence of poverty so extreme that thousands of people live in the streets of major cities, as heaven on earth. Otherwise, no!
The economy is a wreck, it's engaged in a war with it's neighbor, women can still be killed by their husband and his family for many reasons, such as a too small dowry, not having a son, etc., extreme poverty is widespread, many villages have no water or no clean water, filth is everywhere because of poor or no sanitation facilities. I could go on and on.
Whatever possessed you to ask if India was heaven on earth?

Indians have cosmopolitan outlook. The people of various religions have made their home. They have lived peacefully from yore. Various new religions have evolved here like Buddism, Jainism, Shivism and Vishnavism so on. Hinduism has become mother of all religions as propagated by Swami Vivekananda. We have got much tolerance for other religions. Indian spirtualism is lifeline of all religions throughout the world. Finally, cost of living is not very high when compared to other developed and advanced countries. Therefore, India is socially, religiously and spirtually heaven on earth. I do not agree with the story of golden telephone making cheap about India. So don't shoot such questions degrading India comparing with America.

Depends the way you accept it. If you accept the spirituality and cultures of India and if you are able to impose them in your life, any place you go in the world would be a heaven. That is the reason why so many people in the globe are looking up for yoga and meditation (A gift of Indian culture to the world). Cos even after leaving a lavish and free life they are not able to find mental peace.

As a muslim you can have as many wives as you want in a lifetime, but only 4 maximum at a single time.
So, assuming you aspire to have 80 wives in 10 years, what you must do is perform a divorce once every 1.5 months.
Think of any reason you want and fataq the wife (say, I divorce you 3 times). If you want your son's wife, just tell him allah says to give her to you just like muhammad did to his own adopted son's wife. If you want your mother, tell your father you met allah in your toilet while praying and allah says to let you have her. You will return her to him after a few rounds by divorcing her. Then he can have her back.
That way, you get to re-cycle your harem and have sex with any woman you want. Great being in islam right? Get to have sex round the clock and even 72 sexy virgins after killing innocent infidels.
No adultery and no pornography!!! Wow!

If you consider that a fatalistic place, with a worse class system than England is 'heaven',then of course it is.
