no its ok. i lost my first tooth when i was five too. you can either let it loosen further and drop by itself, or bring him to a dentist when it is about to come out. i remembered swallowing one of my loose tooths when i was sleeping. so if you want to prevent it, when you sense it is about to drop, bring him to the dentist.

I had most of my big teeth by 5. I looked ridiculous too! LOL Only one had to be pulled by the dentist because I had fallen down and hit that tooth. It was very loose but wouldn't fall out. Generally you don't need to take children to the dentist to have the teeth pulled though.

The link under has a picture showing which the tooth generally is accessible in and age the the tooth us frequently lost. in accordance to the chart, the front backside tooth (mandatory incisors) are generally the 1st to return out. it fairly is listed as 6 yrs, yet i'm specific it fairly is in simple terms an elementary. some toddlers in all hazard lose it quicker on a similar time as others lose it later. call your dentist whilst you're incredibly nervous, yet once you do no longer see any trauma it fairly is in all hazard meant to be.
