grab his hand and take him somewhere wer nobody can bother you both and tel him how u feel and that u love him, if u cant possibly find a place wer not to be bothered, a note would be the second best solution! GOOD LUCK, HOPE HE SAYS YES! =)

In person is always best. Then leave after you tell him and give him time to digest and think about it. Then if he is interested, youll be able to tell via signals, do a follow ip.

a note is always good...no confrontational embarassment and if he doesn't speak to you again then you have satisfaction in knowing that you never said it to his face anyways
