How many armed guards are at the head quaters?

Just those furry yamsters gerbil things all over the place like Star Trek tribbles. They're breeding and moody at the moment. They bite, too. I do not know if they are armed. Maybe they have itty-bitty tasers, though. Maybe itty-bitty handcuffs, too.

What's a head quater? Is that like a head "waiter"?
Anyway, I think that, though it comes across as discrimination, all guards have to have arms in order to qualify as a guard. I mean, how well can you REALLY guard something or someone if you have no arms? I'm not saying that people without arms are useless... just maybe as guards. Far as I know, they need legs, too.

So, I'm guessing here, but I'm gonna say ALL of the guards have arms.
