Is it possible to reset the Plug`n Print card on my Phillips Magic 3 fax machine?

the only way that i have been able to reset my fax back to the factory settings is to do a "hard reset"
to do a hard reset

-pull the pug on the machine

this will cause the fax to reset it's system to the factory settings.
