All those carbs in your system is going to cause you to eat mroe because of the quick release in sugars into your blood stream. The carbs increase your appetite and make you hungry. If you cut back on the carbs and eat more protien and empty calorie foods it will supress your appetite.

I do think you are over doing it.
Yet, I know some people that eat as much but are very healthy. It wouldn't be too bad if you exercised (I really hope you do!)
Everytime you eat junk food, calculate the calories it has and exercise enough to lose those calories. Do note that eating one bar of chocolate (250 calories) will take about 45min of jogging.
That usually keeps me away from over eating junk food and everytime I do eat extra food I do an extra 45min. of exercise
My answer may sound like too much but as a girl it's what I gotta do to stay in shape.
You may want to drop back little by little on the food though and replacing it with something more healthy (turn the pizza into a couple of apples)

That's an absurd amount of food to eat! I also think that you are fully aware that it's an unacceptable amount of food to be consuming...
People have made "healthy eating" out to be some bizarre scientific equation and really, the only thing people need to figure it out is common sense.
Do you see everyone else eating this way? Hopefully not. Talk to your parents about seeking the help of a dietitian. After consuming all that junk, it's not as simple as just stopping and being ok. Try talking to a dietitian about getting you on a normal and much lighter menu.

It appears as if you are overdoing it... but if you lead a very energetic lifestyle then it's okay... weight does not matter as long as one is fit.... Try this... don't eat anything unhealthy for 5 days... whenever you have the craving for eating... eat fresh fruit, nuts or better... drink water... if you succeed... you will be able to ward of the craving to eat junk food

Yeah. If your body is fat then you are eating too much. But if you have plenty o muscles there then it's fine. just dont eat too much junk food.

Well..from my opinion..i think it's okay to eat tat much but u must bare e consequences..for eg.u noe u have eaten too much carbohydrates food so u should exercise more to burn those calories inside ur body. So wat i meant is when u eat more, u should exercise more.okay?
