Why is that? When you guys decided to do it because you love each other and wanted some pleasure? Which wasn't meant to turn into something more?

Sex changes everything period! No matter how we try to fool ourselves that it wont it does! So dont sleep with just anyone wait til it's with someone who you really love and are in a relationship not just a random guy friend!

Speaking from personal experience because this has happened to me a few times over the years...and I regret each time.

A much deeper love and respect? I don't agree with that.
The relationship changed because we crossed that line and we will never act the same way with each other again.
A whole new set of rules are in place now.

I married my best friend. We can talk about anything and do anything together.
We are quite opposite in some areas and respect that....at the same time we're the perfect match.
Actually, we started off telling each other how we did'nt want each other "that way".
Something just clicked.
After 15 years of marriage...people still ask if we're newlyweds.

I think it's because you've shared very private/intimate moment together, that it's hard to look at your guy friend as just a friend anymore. You've also seen the lova, side of him too. So now you're reaaally close friends.
