Like a month ago I used to be around 142lbs and I'm 5'9". I went to the gym almost every day and had like a cardio program i went to on mon. and wed. Well, currently the cardio program doesnt start again till march and with loads of homework (I'm a 10th grader, almost 16 yrs old) I haven't had time to go to the gym. I'm surprised with how much I've changed in just one month from not going to the cardio program place and the gym as much. I go to gym currently like twice a week, but that's not as much as I wish I could go. I probably weigh like... maybe 146 now.. even though thats not like a huge difference it's somewhat noticeable. I'm not sure what the average weight for a 5'9" almost 16-year-old teenager is... but I'm probably around 145-147lbs. I want to get back to my old self and back to around 140-142lbs cause I noticed a huge difference between the two weight ranges and just over a one month period. Any suggestions on getting back into gear fast and maybe through dieting?

And my schedule doesn't permit to go to gym as much... so that's why I was wondering if there was to do it through dieting until my cardio program starts again in march.

You can do exercise at home, buy you a ball and walk about 15 min a day, ride you bike for about 1/2 hour and cut down on sugars.
